With great joy and satisfaction The Conceptionists have been a living and active presence in all the commemorative events of the visit of Pope Leo XIV to Madrid (June 6 to 9, 2026). In total, 600 pilgrims have been registered and more than 60 people have collaborated as volunteers. In addition, 75 pilgrims were welcomed in the center of Hortaleza and 9 more people were welcomed in the Provincial House of Belisana. In Madrid Princesa they also welcomed 250 pilgrims in addition to being the meeting point for 350 people at the youth vigil and for another 400 for the Eucharist on Sunday the 7th in the Plaza de Cibeles.

With great pride they began participating in the Almudena Vigil, and thus, with the same spirit, the Conceptionists have participated in all the events until saying goodbye to the Pope at the meeting of volunteers at the Madrid Congress Palace, IFEMA. We also had representation in the Youth Choir that performed at the Youth Vigil on June 6, accompanying the WYD Symphony Orchestra in which Cristina Ruiz, formanda, M.Servianti Bete Nokas and M. Karolina Kohe sang.

Both the General and Provincial Governments were represented with the attendance of M. Cristina Mazariegos, General Counselor and Treasurer, as well as M. Mercedes Romero, Provincial Superior, at the events.
